Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  • Coaching is a collaborative process where I help you gain clarity, set meaningful goals, and take actionable steps toward creating the life or career you want. Through guidance, thoughtful questions, and support, we work together to unlock your potential, overcome challenges, and create lasting change.

  • Coaching focuses on future goals and performance through self-discovery and action. It’s typically short-term and involves asking the right questions to help you find your own solutions.

Therapy addresses emotional healing and mental health by exploring past experiences. It’s often long-term and conducted by licensed professionals.

Mentoring involves sharing personal experiences and offering advice to guide career or personal growth, often informally and over the long term.

  • If you want help breaking down complex problems and creating a clear plan of action, coaching could be a great fit. My approach focuses on real-world solutions that lead to measurable progress, not abstract ideas.

  • I believe in small, iterative changes that lead to lasting results.

In each session, we’ll work on identifying a goal and small, actionable steps that you can take to reach that goal.

My role is to help you clarify your goals, challenges, and next steps in a straightforward, practical approach.

  • Each one-hour coaching session is $75. You can choose to focus on a specific issue during any session. There’s no need to commit upfront — clients are welcome to continue working with me on a session-by-session basis.

While a single session can provide clarity on a particular challenge, building a meaningful coaching relationship typically takes a few sessions to establish trust, uncover deeper goals, and work through ongoing challenges.

  • I bring a wealth of coaching experience that I've developed over years of guiding teams and individuals in both my professional and personal life. My coaching approach is deeply rooted in helping others find clarity and move forward with confidence.

While I’ve honed these skills through hands-on experience, I’m also enrolled in a ICF-accredited program to formalize my expertise and ensure I’m bringing the best practices to every session. Think of it as similar to a Project Management Professional certification (which I have) — it’s a way to complement the skills I’ve already developed.
